Glade Air Freshener Review: Angel Whispers Scent Is Great

An SR101 reader has shared her Glade air freshener review, in the Angel Whispers scent, which is described by the company as being floral in nature.

I purchase air freshener all the time.

I have 3 kids of my own (including a teen age boy) and my house is always filled with the neighborhood kids who use my house as their meeting place.

I also foster kittens for the Animal Society in town.

So, between kids, smelly feet and litter box (and the fact that the home we now live in was previously rented by a smoker), I have some pretty constant odor issues.

I chose the Glade because, #1, I had coupons, #2 the Angel Whispers scent was very pretty, clean, but it was also light.

I cannot stand the overly perfume-ey or overpowering scents. I want a clean, light smell, not a heavy or sickeningly sweet one - those smells are almost as bad as what I am trying to mask!

I vacuumn daily, and then walk through the house, spraying some Glade spray as I go. Puff here, puff there. I choose various scents for this, since the company doesn't make the Angel variety for the spray.

I also keep candles lit while I am home, in the bathroom, kitchen and whatever room I am in at the time.

I keep the stand-alone gels in the kitten room, bathroom and of course, my son's room.

I like that they cover the 'bad' odors but still they leave a 'clean' and 'light' smell about my home.

I also tend to spritz it on freshly laundered towels and linens for an extra "oomph".

I do my floor rugs weekly when I wash them, too.
